How a session works
You stand in the chamber with your head and shoulders above it. You wear underwear, socks, gloves and shoes — hands and feet are always protected. The rest is quickly told: three minutes, a timer, then you get dressed and carry on. No shower is needed because the cold is dry and your skin stays dry. Before your first time we go through what is about to happen, and the duration can be set shorter. You can stop at any point — the door is not locked.
How it feels
The first minute is the longest. After that most people describe it less as «cold» and more as «prickling», because dry cold lands differently than cold water — at −196 °C in the chamber it feels shorter and drier than the number suggests. Many report a clear sense of alertness right afterwards. How it turns out for you, I cannot know in advance.

Most people take the ice sauna straight after a massage — no need to undress again, and the whole visit comes to around 75 minutes for 120 €. Coming for the chamber alone works too, but please arrange it in advance: nitrogen is consumed for every session and the chamber is prepared for a specific time.

Who should not do it

How to get here
