Thirty minutes in which an electromagnetic field contracts your muscles while you do not move. Here is what the device actually does, how it feels, and what it is not.

What the device does
EMSzero ULTRA works with a pulsed electromagnetic field. The applicators are placed on the abdomen, thighs or glutes, and contractions occur that you do not control — faster and denser than you could produce on purpose. You lie there dressed and still. The intensity is raised gradually and stays your call the whole time: too much is too much, and it comes straight back down. The pauses between series are set by the device.
How it feels
Unfamiliar, but not painful. Most people describe a very firm, rhythmic pull inside the muscle, with a tapping sensation in between. The first minutes are the strangest part; after that you get used to it. The next day many feel the treated area much like after an unfamiliar exercise.
The session
Dressed, lying down
No undressing, no oil, no shower afterwards.
Per session
Paid on site. No packages, no subscriptions.
Effort from you
The device produces the contractions. You lie still.
Most people take EMSzero as a second block after a massage — the body is already warm and there is no second trip. You can also come for the device alone.
What it is not
This is not a medical treatment and no substitute for seeing a doctor, not a replacement for training, and not a weight-loss procedure. The device produces muscle contractions — everything that can honestly be said about it ends there. What it will do for you specifically, I do not know in advance and will not promise.
Who should not do it
A pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, metal implants in the treated area, pregnancy, epilepsy, active cancer, broken skin where the applicators sit. If any of that applies, or you are unsure, write beforehand — we either skip it or you check with your doctor first.
«Really good massage. It was not a feel-good massage but intensive work on my tension. I will definitely come again.»Josephine Sommer · Google
“I had been to many masseurs in Berlin, mostly botchers, until I met Tagan — a real professional. A genuinely warm person, the kind you rarely meet in Europe.”Shamvil2022 · Google

Frequently asked
How much does EMSzero cost in Berlin?
150 € for a 30-minute session. It is the most expensive item on the price list. Paid on site after the session.
Do I have to undress?
No. You stay fully dressed and the applicators go on top. No oil, no shower afterwards — you can go straight on with your day.
How many sessions make sense?
A single session is really just getting to know the sensation. If you do it, do it regularly; how often is worth deciding after the first time rather than before.
Can I combine it with a massage?
Yes, and most people do: a 60-minute massage plus EMSzero is 220 € and about ninety minutes. Mention it when booking so I can block the time.
Does it hurt?
No. Unfamiliar, yes, especially in the first minutes. The intensity rises gradually and comes down the moment you say so.
I have a pacemaker — is that a problem?
Then it is not possible. The same goes for metal implants in the treated area, pregnancy and epilepsy. Write beforehand if you are unsure.
