Massage in Berlin —
in plain English

No German required. Tagan has been working with his hands for ten years and speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian fluently — so you can describe what actually hurts instead of pointing at your shoulder.

Why expats end up here

Booking a massage in Berlin usually means one of two things: a spa chain where you get whoever is on shift, or a Physiotherapie practice that needs a doctor's referral and a German health insurance card. This is neither. One masseur, one room, one person per appointment — and the whole conversation happens in English.

That matters more than it sounds. The first five minutes decide where the hour goes: what your job does to your back, which old injury still shows up, how much pressure you actually want. In a language you half-speak, most people just say «it's fine» and get a generic hour.

What you can book

70 €

Full-body massage

60 minutes across back, legs and shoulders. Where most people start.

60 €

Back & neck

40 minutes on exactly the area a desk job loads. Fits a long lunch break.

70 €

Sports massage

Firm, specific work on the muscle chains your sport actually uses.

70 €

Deep tissue

Slow work on fewer regions for people who find normal massage too superficial.

70 €

Lymphatic drainage

Very gentle, rhythmic work with almost no pressure. Wellness, not the prescribed medical treatment.

70 €

Anti-cellulite

Fast, firm work on thighs and stomach. Only makes sense as a series.

How an appointment works

Message me on WhatsApp or pick a slot in the calendar on the homepage. When you arrive we talk for two or three minutes, then I leave the room while you get on the table under the sheet and knock before coming back. Pressure gets adjusted as we go — «a bit lighter» is a complete sentence and nothing to apologise for. Towels, sheets and oil are here; bring nothing.
