Deep tissue massage —
slow, and in few places
For people who leave an ordinary massage thinking it was pleasant but nothing really happened. Deep tissue is not a stronger version of the same hour — it is a different one: slower, in fewer places, waiting for the tissue to give.

Deep is about speed, not force
The word suggests pressing harder. In practice the difference is time. A classic massage moves evenly across the whole body; deep tissue stays in one region and waits — the same forearm, the same layer, until the tissue stops resisting. That waiting is the entire technique, and it is why the session covers three or four areas rather than everything.
Pressing harder and moving on quickly does the opposite: the body braces, and the hour ends up unpleasant without anything changing. Slow beats strong here, every time.
Who books it
Two kinds of people. The ones who have tried several studios and always leave with the feeling that it was nice but superficial. And the ones who sit or train enough that a few very specific regions — between the shoulder blades, the neck, the hips — have been the same for years.
If it is your first massage with me, a classic hour is usually the better start: I need one session to learn how you respond to pressure. From the second one it makes sense to go deep on purpose. Same price either way, and switching inside the hour costs nothing.
minutes of work
Pure massage time; three or four regions rather than the whole body.
paid on site
Same price as the classic hour. No deposit, no packages.
minutes of pause after each session
Sessions start on the hour and the calendar leaves room, so nobody is moved out in a hurry.
How it feels
Noticeable in places, and you should be able to keep breathing normally the whole time. That is the actual test: if you are holding your breath, the pressure is too high and I take it back. A short «a bit less» is enough at any moment. Some people feel a mild next-day soreness in the two or three regions that were worked most — similar to the day after unfamiliar exercise.
What this is not
A wellness massage, not a medical treatment and not physiotherapy. I do not diagnose and I do not work on anything acute. Sharp, new or swollen — see a doctor first.
«Really good massage. It was not a feel-good massage but intensive work on my tension. I will definitely come again.»Josephine Sommer · Google

Frequently asked
How much is a deep tissue massage in Berlin?
70 € for 60 minutes — the same as the classic hour. Paid on site, no deposit and no packages.
What is the difference from a classic massage?
Speed and area. A classic massage works evenly across the whole body; deep tissue stays slowly in three or four regions and waits for the tissue to give.
Is it painful?
Clearly noticeable in tight spots, but you should be able to breathe normally throughout. If you are holding your breath, the pressure is too high — say so and I take it back.
Should I book it for my first appointment?
Usually the classic hour is the better start, because the first session is where I learn how you respond to pressure. From the second one, deep work is more precise.
Do you speak English?
Yes — English, Russian and Ukrainian fluently, German at everyday level.
