Pelvic floor —
seated and fully dressed
Thirty minutes on a chair, in your clothes, without a single exercise of your own. An electromagnetic field triggers the contractions that most people find hard to locate themselves.

Why seated
The pelvic floor is the muscle group hardest to engage on purpose: most people tense the abdomen, glutes or thighs while trying, and never notice. The chair sidesteps the problem — the field reaches the muscles directly, whether or not you can find them. You stay fully dressed. No undressing, no gel, no probe, nothing attached to your body. Afterwards you stand up and leave.
How it feels
A rhythmic pulling and tensing deep in the pelvis, with pauses the device sets itself. The intensity is raised slowly and follows what you say: it does not have to be pleasant, but you do not have to endure anything either.
The session
Seated and dressed
No preparation, no changing.
Per session
Paid on site. Bookable individually, no packages.
Exercises
The device produces the contractions.
You can book without explaining anything out loud: one line on WhatsApp saying you want the pelvic floor session is enough, and I will offer a time. No questions at booking.
What it is not
This is not a medical treatment and no substitute for seeing a doctor. If you have symptoms, a diagnosis, or have recently given birth or had surgery, see a doctor first and tell me before booking. I describe what the device does and promise no results.
Who should not do it
A pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, metal implants in the pelvic area, pregnancy, epilepsy, active cancer. An intrauterine device is a reason to ask your doctor first. If in doubt, write beforehand.
«Really good massage. It was not a feel-good massage but intensive work on my tension. I will definitely come again.»Josephine Sommer · Google

Frequently asked
Do I have to undress?
No. You stay fully dressed for the whole thirty minutes. No gel, no probe, nothing attached to your body.
How much is it?
50 € per session. Paid on site. No packages or subscriptions — each visit stands alone.
Does it hurt?
No. It feels like a rhythmic pull deep in the pelvis. The intensity rises gradually and comes down when you say so.
Do I have to explain anything when booking?
No. Write that you want the pelvic floor session and pick a time. I will not ask questions.
Can I do it after giving birth?
See your doctor first and come with their answer. The same after surgery. Without that I will not book it.
How many sessions are needed?
A single session does not achieve much; this is a regular thing. How many exactly is worth deciding after the first one — I will not name a number in advance and promise something I cannot know.
